Delivery Timeframes
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days.
Standard delivery typically takes 1–3 business days for urban areas and 3–5 business days for rural or remote locations.
For Rural address’s we may have to arrange alternate delivery arrangements, including adjustments to delivery methods, timeframe, or locations.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen delays, including weather or high demand periods.
Shipping Costs
Free shipping is available for all orders delivering to residential and rural addresses.
If delivery to a certain address is deemed unfeasible, we may choose to cancel the order. Additionally, we reserve the right to charge for a delivery fee for remote addresses.
Delivery Method
All orders are delivered via trusted courier services with tracking provided.
You will receive a tracking number via email or text once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and includes all necessary details (e.g., unit number, street name, and rural delivery indicator if applicable).
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Missed Deliveries
If you are not available to receive your order, the courier may leave a card-to-call for you to arrange re-delivery or collection.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
We may require photos or additional documentation to process claims.
Changes to Shipping Details
