Return and Refunds Policy
Change of Mind Returns -
We accept returns of non-faulty items under the following conditions:
Proof of purchase is required.
Items must be returned within 30 days in their original packaging, unopened, unused, and in resalable condition, including all manuals and accessories.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Warranty Policy
We offer a comprehensive 3-year warranty on all our products. If your item develops a fault within this period due to manufacturing defects or material failures, we will:
Repair the item or replace it with a new or equivalent model at no additional cost.
This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
Normal wear and tear or consumable parts.
To make a warranty claim, proof of purchase is required, and all warranty claims must first be approved by Mini Pool Heating.

Auckland Customers: Free collection and technician assistance.
Outside Auckland: Courier collection at no additional cost.
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA)
In addition to our Warranty Policy - our products are backed by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If a product has a failure that cannot be remedied or is of substantial nature, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
The CGA does not apply if the goods have been used in a way or to a degree that differs from what a reasonable consumer would consider appropriate. Furthermore, the goods must have otherwise met the guarantee of acceptable quality if not for such misuse or excessive use.
We will provide a remedy if our product does not meet the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
